Nusara is about family, where time-honoured traditions meet the innovation of a new era. Nusara is the birth name of our beloved “Sony” - head honcho & wife of our renowned Exec Chef, Thor; naming the restaurant after this phenomenal woman represents the culture of the restaurants & the sheer passion of it’s creators. The food, created under the watchful eye of Sony & Thor is the very pinnacle of Thai cuisine, it’s fine dining without the complications and all the welcoming ease of your neighbourhood Thai. Proud holders of the Thai Select Signature award (Thailand’s answer to a Michelin Star) Nusara is the epitome of accessible luxury and this is solidified with the impressive repertoire of the front of house & Management teams.
